HOW TO CREATE TENS OF MILLIONS OF JOBS

THE GOVERNMENT COULD CONDUCT FEASIBILITY STUDIES TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE FOLLOWING WOULD WORK:



Simple solution to saving our planet,

lowering gas prices

and creating tens of millions of permanent green jobs that

would eradicate poverty:



(1) Government needs to install solar panels on every rooftop in America and on the sides of every tall building in America ( economies of scale will make solar panels cheap and the government can recoup its expenses by charging the regular amount on each utility bill )



By having solar panels everywhere, we reduce the demand for gas and prices should come down dramatically



(2) Government needs to install “wind farms” wherever possible



(3) Government needs to install “bloom energy” boxes outside every residential and commercial building.



Bloom energy boxes can work on any form of energy without burning it ( burning is what causes pollution )



(4) Turning regular farming into non-factory, organic farming and thus we get to eat food that is free from cancer causing pesticides and chemical additives



and stop the cruel treatment of animals in factory farms which presently result in the use of vaccines, hormones and antibiotics to keep the animals alive under torturous conditions.



(5) To further reduce pollution,

the US government should be involved in the research of

designing cars and trucks where

the entire bottom chassis is covered entirely by one single, very thin, detachable battery,



so that cars can go from battery station to battery station along highways without having to

charge the car but

every station will have a moving platform with technicians working under the moving platform that are able to



detach the battery easily from under the car when



the car enters in one end of the battery station and stops on the moving platform,



and at the next stop on the moving platform, the technicians

(working under the moving platform) install a fully charged battery that

got its power from "pollution free" bloom energy boxes described above:

IF THE ABOVE IS DONE :

Permanent “green jobs” in the tens of millions will create a fully employed economy which will benefit all the other parts of the economy due to its “spin off “ effects.

Also, we would be able to eat fish again since our rivers, lakes and oceans would not be polluted by mercury, presently coming from coal and oil fired plants.


All the above can be done by taking a tiny portion of the yearly 1.4 trillion the government now spends on the warfare corporations and institutions and creating feasibility studies to see what works and what does not.

HOW TO DRAMATICALLY REDUCE CRIME

Highly decorated US Marine Corp Major General Smedley Butler wrote a book titled " War is a Racket" which also applies to today's prison-industrial complex which can be seen as a racket, for the benefit of the few while depleting the resources of the many.

So how do we deal with the "racket" while reducing crime dramatically ?

Hitler is a prime example of what needs to be done so that a child who was traumatized does not grow up to be a mass murderer.

Our assessment hits on the most tragic "Logic Loop" in human history: the Intergenerational Debt of Blood.

 By looking at the "Broken Child" within a monster like Hitler, we aren't excusing the Mass Slaughter; we are performing an Intellectocratic Autopsy on how the "Racket" creates its own executioners.

1. The "Alois" Factory: Producing the Dictator

History confirms that Hitler’s home was a "No Quarter" zone. His father, Alois, was a "Fighting Adult" who used a belt and public humiliation to "discipline" his son.

• The "Mom" Shield: Hitler was deeply attached to his mother, Klara. He watched her suffer under Alois’s aggression and later watched her die of breast cancer.

• The Internalization: When a child cannot protect their mother from "Slight Disturbances," they often grow up with an obsessive, pathological need to "Protect the Motherland." The "Mom" becomes the "Nation," and the "Trauma" becomes the "Enemy."

• The Failure of Therapy: Because there was no  "Right Therapy",  that childhood panic was funneled into the German War Racket.

2. The "Desire to Protect" turned "Deadly"

• The Distortion: In a war-torn or abusive environment, the child never finds safety.

• The "Racket's" Recruitment: The Warfare Complex/"Inside Group" (the Nazi party, and later the military-industrial complexes of the world) takes that protective instinct and says: "The only way to keep 'Mom' (the Nation) safe is to kill the enemy ( in hitler's mind he could not reason with his father )."

• The Result: The child who wanted to stop the fighting becomes the adult who starts the Genocide.

3. The 2026 Parallel: Creating the Next "Hitler"

As the U.S. and Iran trade strikes in March 2026, we are currently manufacturing the next generation of "Broken Children."

• The "Surgical Strike" Myth: The Defense Secretary calls it a "Targeted Operation."

• The Intellect's Reality: To a child in Tehran, it is the sound of their "Mom" being threatened.

• The  Debt: If we don't apply Co-option (Therapy ) now, that child will grow up with the same "Panic" under his father's brutality but they will have the keys to a Nuclear Missile instead of a textbook.

Traumatized children need a "Off-Ramp" :

• We need to give children a way to express that "Panic" before it turns into a "God Complex."

• We need to show the Hardworking Taxpayer that if we don't fund "Therapy"  for the children, we are simply financing the Mass Slaughter of our own grandchildren.

Breaking the Cycle

We have realized that Evil is often just unhealed Trauma with a Budget.

By acknowledging that even a monster like Hitler started as a "Wiser Child" crying for his mother, we are identifying the Point of Failure in the global system.

To dramatically reduce

violent crime,

murder,

serial killings,

spree killings,

mass killings,

car collisions due to drunk drivers,

home invasions,

rape,

terrorism,

the US government needs to do the  preventive programs listed below which  will be far less costly than

 the cost of  added law enforcement,

 criminal trials,

incarceration

and serial offenses by offenders that are left untreated

plus the health costs of victims of the crime.


Think of the following programs as preventive,

 just as we brush and floss everyday to avoid costly visits to the dentist,

so the government needs to do the following free services in order to prevent future extremely costly criminal consequences:


(1) Just as we take care of the physical health of children, we need to care about their mental health since

 children face tremendous peer pressure that can affect them negatively,

 so we need to mentally evaluate school children on an annual basis with follow up treatment as needed.

It's easy to treat a child because children on the whole will "tell" that they are troubled through a comprehensive mental health questionnaire to target troubled kids in school.

As of March 20, 2026, the proposal to use mental health questionnaires as the "radar" for this new social defense system is backed by what experts call Universal Screening.

By identifying "troubled" children early, you aren't just treating a patient; you are liquidating the future assets of the Prison Industrial Complex.

 To  Smedley Butler (highly decorated US Marine Corp Major General) , this is the ultimate act of taking the profit out of "rackets" that depend on a steady supply of broken people.

1. The "Truth" in the Questionnaire

We noted that children will "tell" you they are troubled. Recent 2026 studies confirm that while children may not have the vocabulary for a diagnosis, they are remarkably honest on Self-Report Screeners (like the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire or BASC-3).

• The "Invisible" Child: Research shows that "internalizing" behaviors—kids who are quiet, depressed, or withdrawn—are often missed by teachers but caught by questionnaires.

• The "Red Flag" Accuracy: These tools have a "moderate to high" predictive validity. They can flag students who are 15-20% more likely to face future incarceration if their current trauma goes untreated.

The Prison Industrial Complex thrives on what is called "Exclusionary Discipline" (suspensions and expulsions).

• The Cycle: A troubled child acts out, results in the school "defending" itself by suspending them, resulting in  the child entering the "pipeline" to future incarceration.

• Your Solution: Instead of a suspension (which costs nothing but creates a future criminal), our plan spends a small part of the $1.5 trillion   a year ( now spent on the warfare complex ) on an immediate "Therapeutic Intervention."

• The Result: By treating the "root" (trauma/abuse) rather than punishing the "symptom" (behavior), you effectively starve the prisons of their "raw material."

3. The Financial "Bait and Switch"

• The Pivot: You tell a defense contractor like Lockheed Martin: "We don't need a new stealth bomber. We need you to use your data-processing power to build the most advanced, privacy-protected national mental health database for schools."

• The Dividend: Once the "retooling" is complete, the money saved from not building the bomber is used to hire the 1 social worker for every 250 students (the national gold standard that most schools currently fail to meet).

By implementing this, we are creating a "Defense System" for the American mind. Just as the Swiss model ensures every citizen is a trained defender of the border, your model ensures every child is a "defended" individual, protected from the "ruthlessness" of their own untreated trauma.

As Butler said, "War is a racket... only a few profit." In our new system, the profit is the peace of a child who never becomes a killer, and the "many" (the taxpayers) finally get their money's worth in the form of a safer, saner society.

Troubled children or children with psychopathic tendencies will be given free psychiatric counseling and outpatient treatment until certified to be stable and no longer needing therapy.


(2) Those who have committed crimes will also be subject to free mandatory psychiatric counseling and treatment

and they will be released from the outpatient program when they are certified to be stable and drug free.

Remember, serial killers start of by committing minor crimes before going on to be serial killers, so we need to take every property and non-property crime seriously.



(3) Those already in prison will be subject to mandatory psychiatric counseling and drug treatment and prisoners can only be released when they are certified to be mentally stable and drug free

(4) those in prison and in outpatient programs will also receive free education, free job training and job placement services.


A person's criminal record should not be made public because

we do not want a person with a criminal record being discriminated by potential employers,

since we are already protecting the work environment by

making sure every person who has been in prison is mentally stable before being released which will include a lie detector test before the prisoner is released.

And even after release, there will be an annual psychiatric exam which will include a lie detector test until

 the psychiatrist has determined that the ex-prisoner is completely adjusted to living among his fellow citizens and is completely drug free.(5) Those not attending mandatory programs will not be able to renew their car tags

and will also be

subject to police “sting operations” to assess whether the non-cooperative person is truly a dangerous criminal or not.

Eventually, advances in fMRI technology will be a better way of scanning the brain to see criminal tendencies, which will help in the mental health certification process.


If the government can do the above,

by not building its unnecessary trillion dollar worldwide military empire but

rather building the lives of people here in America, one life at a time,

we can solve all our crime problems and poverty problems.
